Who we are

My Dental Course is the official admissions portal for the English-language Higher Diploma in Dental Hygiene delivered at EPSUM (Escuela Profesional Superior de Madrid), Spain. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Dental Course. We are the controller responsible for the personal data you submit through this website.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry form, namely:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your current location (city)
• Your country
• Your highest qualification achieved
• Any details you include in the message field

Our hosting provider may also process limited technical data (such as IP address and basic server logs) for security and to operate the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies — see our Cookies Policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Guide you through admission to the EPSUM Dental Hygiene programme
• Send you relevant information about the programme you asked about

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell your data.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit the enquiry form, and our legitimate interestin responding to and following up on your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Who we share it with

We share your information only where necessary to handle your enquiry:

• EPSUM, Madrid— the college delivering the programme — and our admissions team, so your application can be progressed when you are ready.
• Our email provider (Resend), which transmits the enquiry email on our behalf.

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

International transfers

Because the programme is delivered in Spain and some of our service providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in the EU and other countries. Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards to keep it protected.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as needed to respond to you and support your admission, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time
