How to exercise your rights

To make any request, email info@mydentalcourse.com. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. There is normally no charge for making a request.

Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and support your admission, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

International transfers

The programme is delivered in Spain and some of our service providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed in the EU and other countries. Where data leaves your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority — for example, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK, or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) in Spain.
